An Introduction to Bodywork

A 60-minute 1:1 live online coaching session where you will learn about your lymphatic & nervous systems through manual touch & breathwork.
This is good for anyone looking to experience bodywork for the first time before diving into the 6-week program & other services offered on this platform.

Inner Resilience Breathwork

A 45-minute 1:1 live online session offering a deep emotional release of unconscious trauma stored in the body at a cellular level. The link between breathwork and trauma is physiological, as both communicate with the nervous system. In a controlled process, with follow up communication after the session, we will bypass the conscious mind and faciliate a space for self-healing by expressing and integrating stored memories within the subconscious.

The 6-week Stress & Anxiety Program

This is an extensive deep dive into a physiological understanding of stress & anxiety in your body. Meeting live online once a week, we will work with the organs, the lymphatics, the nervous system & the breath to alleviate the symptoms of stress & anxiety and learn effective techniques to strengthen your ability to handle stress or anxiety long-term.

Facial Lymphatics

Often referred to as “natural botox” or “face yoga” through its recent uptake in the health and wellness space, the positive effect of facial lymphatics is more than skin deep. While the skin benefits are clear, draining the face of lymphatic fluid also links to the nervous system, putting you into a parasympathetic "calm" state,  reducing stress & anxiety and improving your overall well-being.
This 30-minute 1:1 live online session will leave you feeling refreshed, calm and with noticeably improved skin quality.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

A 60-minute 1:1 live online session offering a non-invasive, holistic approach to the long-term management of conditions such as chronic pain, fatigue & poor sleep. You will be guided to manually manipulate your own lymphatic system through touch. Delivering short-term relief as well as sustainable improvements in well-being, reducing the risk of depression & anxiety.

Body Reading

This a free 30-minute add-on session to those who embark on the 6-week Stress & Anxiety Healing program. 
In this 1:1 live online session we will conduct the initial bodyread before going into posture re-alignment, myofascial release work, technical cueing, wrist work and form for better breathing.
How we live emotionally is reflected in our physical body and this will be explored in this session.
